6  Outstanding Senior Debt

6.1  The Authority shall be entitled to rely on the certificate of the Agent as conclusive as to the amount of the Base Senior Debt Termination Amount or the Revised Senior Debt Termination Amount outstanding at any relevant time.

6.2  The receipt by the Agent shall discharge the Authority's obligation to pay any element of compensation due to the Service Provider that is equal to the Base Senior Debt Termination Amount or the Revised Senior Debt Termination Amount or elements thereof (as relevant).
