1.1 This Schedule 23 describes the arrangements agreed by the parties in relation to:

(a) the custody of the Financial Model; and

(b) where it is required by this Agreement, determined in accordance with the Dispute Resolution Procedure or agreed between the parties that the financial consequences of any Relevant Event shall be addressed through an adjustment to the Service Payment (or any component thereof) and that this shall be facilitated by an adjustment to the Financial Model.
