1.18  Sub-Contractors' Submissions

Any submissions made by the Construction Contractor or the FM Contractor or the Services Contractor shall:

(h)  be made within the time limits applicable to the delivery of submissions by the Service Provider; and

(i)  concern only those matters which relate to the dispute between the Authority and the Service Provider under this Agreement.
