1.3  Priority of Documents

This Agreement shall be construed and interpreted as a whole provided that in the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of the Main Body, the Schedules and the Appendices then, save as expressly provided for by clause 1.4 , the Main Body shall prevail to the extent of any such conflict or inconsistency over the Schedules and the Appendices, and the provisions of the Schedules shall prevail over the Appendices to the extent of any such conflict or inconsistency between the Schedules and the Appendices.
