6.1  Other business

The Service Provider shall not engage in any business or activity other than the business or activities related to, and conducted for, the purpose of the Project Operations.2

2  This standard form does not envisage that third party revenue generation activities will form part of the Project.  This clause (and the Agreement generally) will need to be amended as appropriate to provide for any other activities to be carried out as part of the Project e.g. additional income generation activities to be conducted on Site.
