9.2  Authority not liable in tort

The Authority shall not be liable in tort to the Service Provider or any Service Provider Party in respect of any negligent act or omission of the Authority or any Authority Party relating to or in connection with this Agreement.  The Service Provider shall procure that no Service Provider Party shall bring such a claim against the Authority.  The Service Provider has accepted this on the basis that it and each Service Provider Party will cover the risk of negligent acts or omissions by insurance or in such other manner as it (or they) may think fit.
