10.2  Authority of Service Provider Representative

The Service Provider Representative shall have full authority to act on behalf of the Service Provider for all purposes of this Agreement.  The Authority shall be entitled to treat any act of the Service Provider Representative in connection with this Agreement as being expressly authorised by the Service Provider (save where the Service Provider has notified the Authority in writing that such authority has been revoked) and the Authority shall not be required to determine whether any express authority has in fact been given.
