13.4  Access

If at any time the Service Provider requires access to the Site or any interest in any land which does not form part of the Site or any additional rights beyond those which the Service Provider has in relation to any part of the Site, the responsibility and cost of securing or acquiring such access or interest shall be entirely the responsibility of the Service Provider.
