14.1  Service Provider Obligations

The Service Provider shall, at its own expense:

(a)  subject to clause 14.1(e) obtain all Consents required for the performance of the Project Operations;

(b)  implement each Consent within the period of its validity in accordance with its terms;

(c)  supply to the Authority Representative a copy of any application for a Consent (with a copy of all accompanying drawings and other documents) and a copy of any Consent obtained;

(d)  procure that no Consent is breached by it or any Service Provider Party and use all reasonable endeavours to procure that no Consent is revoked; and

(e)  use all reasonable endeavours to assist the Authority to obtain the Authority Consents necessary for the carrying out of the Works.6
