14.2  Restrictions on Changes to Consents

The Service Provider shall not (and shall procure that any Service Provider Party shall not) without the prior consent of the Authority (which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed) apply for, or agree to any change, relaxation or waiver of any Consent (whether obtained before or after the Commencement Date) or of any condition attached to it.
