16.3  Service Provider's Reasonable Assistance

The Service Provider shall:

(a)  procure that satisfactory facilities are made available to the Authority and any Authority Party and that reasonable assistance is given for the purposes of clause 16.1 and clause 16.2, subject to the Service Provider's and the Construction Contractors' operational requirements not being adversely affected; and

(b)  supply to the Authority and any Authority Party visiting the Site pursuant to clause 16.1 or other Site pursuant to clause 16.2 such information in respect of the Works as may reasonably be required.
