17.4  Compliance with Instruction

The Service Provider shall promptly and diligently and at its own cost comply with any instruction issued by the Authority Representative referred to in clause 17.3 (except and to the extent that such instruction constitutes an Authority Change pursuant to clause 17.6, in which case the provisions of the Change Protocol shall apply).
