18.8 Time for Completion of the Works

If any anticipated failure to meet the Planned Completion Date is notified to the Authority by the Service Provider as being in the Service Provider's reasonable opinion attributable to:

(a) a Relief Event, then the provisions of clause 35 (Relief Events) shall apply;
