19.3  Co-Operation

The parties shall:

(a)  comply with and fulfil their respective duties and obligations arising under or in connection with the Independent Certifier Appointment;

(b)  co-operate with each other generally in relation to all matters within the scope of or in connection with the Independent Certifier Appointment;

(c)  all instructions and representations issued or made by either of the parties to the Independent Certifier shall be simultaneously copied to the other; and

(d)  be entitled to attend all inspections undertaken by or meetings involving the Independent Certifier.
