20.1  Supply installation and commissioning

The Service Provider shall, at no cost to the Authority supply, install and commission:

(a)  the Group 1 Equipment prior to the Actual Completion Date; and

(b)  the Group 2 Equipment prior to the relevant Commissioning End Date in accordance with the Final Commissioning Plan.
