20.2  Authority Equipment

The Authority shall supply, install and commission:

(a)  the Authority Equipment prior to the relevant Actual Completion Date;

(b)  the Group 3 Equipment and the Group 4 Equipment prior to the relevant Commissioning End Date,

in accordance with the Final Commissioning Plan.
