21.3  Service Provider Pre-Completion Commissioning

The Service Provider shall:

(a)  undertake the Service Provider Pre-Completion Commissioning in accordance with the Final Commissioning Plan; and

(a)  give access to any permit the Authority to undertake the Authority Commissioning (including, for the avoidance of doubt, permitting specialist contractors engaged by the Authority to deliver and install equipment) on such dates as are specified in the Final Commissioning Plan; and

(b)  ensure that all parts of the Works that require completion to permit Authority Commissioning are completed by the dates and to the standard specified in the Final Commissioning Plan.
