21.4  Notice to Independent Certifier

The Service Provider shall:

(a)  give written notice to the Independent Certifier and the Authority of the commencement of the Service Provider Pre-Completion Commissioning;

(b)  invite the Independent Certifier and the Authority Representative to witness all of the Service Provider Pre-Completion Commissioning;

(c)  provide the Independent Certifier and the Authority Representative with all information they may reasonably require in relation to the Service Provider Pre‑Completion Commissioning; and

(d)  invite the Independent Certifier to comment on the Service Provider Pre-Completion Commissioning.
