21.5  Pre-Completion Inspection

The Service Provider shall give the Independent Certifier and the Authority Representative not less than ten (10) Business Days notice and not more than twenty (20) Business Days notice of the date upon which the Service Provider considers that the Works will be complete and the dates on which the completion tests specified in the Completion Criteria will be carried out.  Following receipt of such notice, the Authority Representative and the Independent Certifier shall be entitled to inspect the Works on the date or dates reasonably specified by the Service Provider in such notice, and to attend any of the completion tests specified in the Completion Criteria.  The Service Provider shall, if so requested, accompany the Authority Representative and the Independent Certifier on any such inspection.
