21.7  Pre-Completion matters

The parties shall procure that the Independent Certifier, within five (5) Business Days of any inspection made pursuant to clause 21.5, notifies the Service Provider and the Authority of any outstanding matters (including, without limitation, the repetition of any of the completion tests which are required to be carried out and passed to satisfy the Completion Criteria) which are required to be attended to before the Works can be considered to be complete in accordance with the Completion Criteria.  The Service Provider shall attend to such matters and shall, if necessary, give the Independent Certifier further notices in accordance with clause 21.5 (but dealing only with matters raised in the notification under this clause 21.7) so that the procedures in clause 21.5 and this clause 21.7 are repeated as often as may be necessary to ensure that all outstanding matters in relation to the Works are attended to.
