21.8  Completion Certificate

Pursuant to the terms of the Independent Certifier Appointment, the parties shall procure that the Independent Certifier shall, when he is satisfied that completion has occurred in accordance with this Agreement, issue a Certificate of Practical Completion to that effect stating the date upon which, in his opinion, the Actual Completion Date occurred.
