21.11  Carrying out of Snagging

Following the issue of a Snagging Notice, the Service Provider shall, in consultation with the Authority Representative and in such manner as to cause as little disruption as reasonably practicable to the Authority Post-Completion Commissioning and the Authority use of the Facilities, rectify all Snagging Matters within the periods specified in the Snagging Notice.
