21.12  Failure to complete Snagging

Where the Service Provider fails to rectify the Snagging Matters in accordance with the provisions of clause 21.11 then the Authority shall be entitled to serve written notice on the Service Provider requiring such works to be carried out within twenty (20) Business Days of receipt of such notice, failing which the Authority shall be entitled to carry out necessary works to rectify the Snagging Matters and the Service Provider shall pay the Authority's costs and expenses reasonably and properly incurred in the carrying out of such works within twenty (20) Business Days of receipt of an invoice from the Authority.
