22.1  Commissioning

The Service Provider and the Authority shall, in accordance with the Final Commissioning Plan, respectively undertake and complete the Service Provider Post-Completion Commissioning and the Authority Post-Completion Commissioning.  Both parties shall, at all times, use reasonable endeavours to assist the other party to ensure compliance with the Final Commissioning Plan.
