22.3  Service Provider/Authority Comment

If the Authority Representative, acting reasonably, makes any comment in relation to the carrying out of the Service Provider Post-Completion Commissioning, such comments shall be taken into account by the Service Provider and if the Service Provider, acting reasonably, makes any comment in relation to the carrying out of the Authority Post-Completion Commissioning, such comment shall be taken into account by the Authority.
