23.5  Quality Management Systems

The Service Provider shall implement the quality management systems referred to in clause 23.1 and shall procure that:

(a)  the Construction Contractor implements the Design Quality Plan and Construction Quality Plan; and

(b)  the FM Contractor and/or Services Contractor implements the relevant Services Quality Plan for each Service.
