23.6  Compliance by Sub-contractors

Where any aspect of the Project Operations is performed by a sub-contractor to a Sub-Contractor, then the provisions of this clause 23 (in so far as relevant or appropriate to the activities to be performed by such sub-contractor) shall apply in respect of each of such sub-contractors, and references in this clause 23 to the Construction Contractor or the FM Contractor or the Services Contractor shall be construed accordingly.  To avoid doubt, this clause 23.6 shall not be construed as requiring sub-contractors of any Sub-Contractor to have their own quality plans but only to comply with the Design and Construction Quality Plan or the relevant aspects of the Services Quality Plan (as the case may be).
