23.9  Quality Management

The Service Provider shall maintain a quality management system which shall:

(a)  ensure the effective operation of the quality systems described in this clause 23;

(b)  cause an audit of the quality systems at regular intervals and the findings of such audit will be reported to the Authority Representative;

(c)  require review of all quality systems at intervals agreed with the Authority Representative to ensure their continued suitability and effectiveness;

(d)  require liaison with the Authority Representative on all matters relating to quality management; and

(e)  require production and delivery of reports to the Service Provider.
