23.10  Quality Monitoring

The Authority Representative may carry out audits of the Service Provider's quality management system (including all relevant Quality Plans and any quality manuals and procedures) to establish compliance with clauses 23.1 and 23.3.  The Authority Representative may carry out such audits at approximate intervals of three (3) months and may carry out other periodic monitoring, spot checks and auditing of the Service Provider's quality management systems.  The Service Provider shall procure that the Authority Representative shall have a like right in respect of each Sub-Contractor.  The Service Provider shall co-operate, and shall procure that each Sub-Contractor co-operates, with the Authority Representative, including providing him with all information and documentation which he reasonably requires in connection with his rights under this clause 23.10.
