24.1  Provision of Services

Without prejudice to clause 5.2 (General Standards) from the Service Commencement Date, the Service Provider shall provide to the Authority or procure the provision to the Authority, of the Services at the Facilities:

(a)  in such a manner as ensures the relevant Service Specification(s) are met;

(b)  in accordance with the relevant Services Delivery Plans; and

(c)  in accordance with the terms of this Agreement;

(d)  in accordance with Good Industry Practice;

(e)  in accordance with all applicable Legislation, Guidance and Authority Policies.
