24.4  Corporate Identity and Signage

The parties acknowledge that the Authority may, from time to time, be required to procure the erection of hoarding, site boards, plaques and/or other signage in connection with the Project and:

(a)  where requested by the Authority acting reasonably, the Service Provider shall (at no cost to the Authority) procure the erection and maintenance of such hoarding, site boards, plaques and/or other signage as the Authority may require; and

(b)  the size, design, information disclosed, position and materials used in connection with such hoarding, site boards, plaques or other signage shall be approved by the Authority, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld.
