25.7 Authority Inspection
The Authority shall have a right to inspect the Facilities and the Maintenance Works to ensure that the Facilities are being maintained in accordance with the Estates Maintenance Service Specification and that the Facilities comply with the Authority Construction Requirements and the Service Provider Proposals to the extent applicable as at the date of such inspection throughout the Contract Period. The Authority may appoint an independent third party for the purposes of carrying out any such inspection and shall make known the findings to the Service Provider and the Senior Lenders. The parties shall meet to discuss any implications of such findings and any steps that are necessary to remedy any failure to comply with such obligations. The Service Provider shall take into account such discussions in the next Schedule of Programmed Maintenance so that any failure to comply with such obligations shall be remedied.
