26.2  Right to Carry out Survey

If the Authority reasonably believes that the Service Provider is in breach of its obligations under clause 26.1, then it may carry out or procure the carrying out of a survey of the Facilities to assess whether the Facilities are has is being maintained by the Service Provider in accordance with its obligations under clause 26.1.  This right may not be exercised more often than once every two (2) years.
