27.1  Standards and Quantity

The Service Provider shall:

(a)  ensure that all goods, equipment, consumables and materials which are to be used in the provision of the Services shall be of satisfactory quality; and

(b)  procure that sufficient stocks of goods, consumables, equipment and materials are held in order to comply with its obligations under this Agreement.
