27.2  Service Provider Obligations

The Service Provider shall ensure that the goods, equipment, consumables and materials used by it or any Sub-Contractor in connection with the provision of any of the Services (each as a distinct and separate obligation) are:

(a)  maintained in a safe, serviceable and clean condition in accordance with Good Industry Practice;

(b)  of the type specified in the Service Specifications and/or the Service Delivery Plans (where appropriate); and

(c)  in compliance with any relevant rules, regulations, codes of practice and/or British or European Standards,  

and shall, as soon as practicable after receiving a request from the Authority Representative, supply to the Authority Representative evidence to demonstrate its compliance with this clause 27.2.
