27.3  Storage of Hazardous Materials

The Service Provider shall:

(a)  ensure that any hazardous materials or equipment used or intended to be used in the Project Operations are kept under control and in safe keeping in accordance with all relevant Legislation and Good Industry Practice;

(b)  ensure that all such materials are properly and clearly labelled on their containers;

(c)  promptly inform the Authority of all such materials being used or stored at the Site; and

(d)  comply with any other reasonable requirement of the Authority in respect of such materials and equipment.
