28.6  Right to Increase Monitoring

Without prejudice to the Authority's rights under clause 51 (Termination on Service Provider Default) and to any other express rights under this Agreement, if the Service Provider receives 10 or more Increased Monitoring Notices in any 11 period in respect of any Service, the Authority may increase the level of its monitoring of the Service Provider, or (at the Authority's option) of the Service Provider's monitoring of its own performance of its obligations under this Agreement, in respect of the relevant Service, in which case clause 28.7 shall apply.
