29.2  Notice to the Service Provider

If clause 29.1 applies and the Authority wishes to take action, the Authority shall notify the Service Provider in writing of the following:

(a)  the action it wishes to take;

(b)  the reason for such action;

(c)  the date it wishes to commence such action;

(d)  the time period which it believes will be necessary for such action; and

(e)  to the extent practicable, the effect on the Service Provider and its obligation to carry out the Works and/or provide the Services during the period such action is being taken.
