30.1  Notification of Community Use

The Authority shall:

(a)  notify the Service Provider of any periods during which the Facilities (or any part of the Facilities) are required for Community Use during the twelve (12) month period commencing on 1st April of each year not less than forty (40) Business Days before the 1st April of each year; and

(b)  if the Authority requires the Facilities be available for Community Use for an aggregate period in each twelve (12) month period commencing on 1st April in excess of [Insert Number]13 hours it shall propose an Authority Change.

13  This should set out the limit of Community Use.  Since the imposition of Community Use obviously has an effect on the Service Provider (and the Service Payment) it is suggested that this should be a small number.
