30.2  Service Provider Obligation

Upon receipt of the notice referred to in clause 30.1, the parties shall agree what access and services the Service Provider needs to provide on each occasion of Community Use provided that the Service Provider is only obliged to provide those Services set out in [paragraph 2.3 of Part A of the Services Specification]14.
