30.3  Payment

For the avoidance of doubt, the Service Provider shall not be entitled to charge the public or any organisation a fee for Community Use or be entitled to any adjustment of the Service Payment or to any other monies notwithstanding that the Authority may choose to make a charge to third parties for any Community Use.
