32.7  sub-contractors

In the event that the Service Provider enters into any sub-contract in connection with this Agreement, it shall impose obligations on its relevant sub-contractors in the same terms as those imposed on it pursuant to clause 31 (TUPE and Employment Matters), this clause 32, clause 33 (Pension Matters) and clause 34 (Site Security and Personnel Issues) and shall procure that the relevant sub-contractor complies with such terms.  The Service Provider shall indemnify and keep the Authority indemnified in full against all Direct Losses, incurred by the Authority or any Future Service Provider as a result of, or in connection with, any failure on the part of the Service Provider to comply with this clause 32.7 and/or the relevant sub-contractor's failure to comply with such terms.
