34.4  Refusal of Admission

The Authority reserves the right to refuse to admit to the Site any person, employed or engaged by the Service Provider or the FM Contractor or the Services Contractor, whose admission would, in the opinion of the Authority, present a risk to themselves or an Authority Party or property, and shall not be obliged to give any reasons for such refusal.
