34.6  Removal from Site40

The Service Provider shall comply with and/or procure compliance with any notice issued by the Authority from time to time requiring the removal from the Site in connection with the provision of the Services of any person employed thereon who in the opinion of the Authority acting reasonably is not acceptable on the grounds of risk to themselves or an Authority Party or property and that such persons shall not be employed again upon the Project without the written consent of the Authority.

40  Authorities should consider on a project specific basis whether this clause is required.  In many cases this level of control will be unnecessary however in the context of services for vulnerable people the Authority may be justified in concluding that it should have the power to require the removal of individuals.
