35.7  Disputes

If the parties cannot agree the extent of the relief required, or the Authority disagrees that a Relief Event has occurred or that the Service Provider is entitled to any extension to the Planned Completion Date or the Long Stop Date and/or relief from other obligations under this Agreement, the parties shall resolve the matter in accordance with the Dispute Resolution Procedure.
