38.1  Payment of the Service Payment

The Service Provider shall not be entitled to receive any Service Payments until the Service Commencement Date.  Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, the Authority shall pay the Service Provider the Service Payments in respect of each Contract Month following the Service Commencement Date in accordance with the provisions of the Payment Mechanism.
