40.4  Evidence of Policies

The Service Provider shall provide, on request, to the Authority:

(a)  copies of all insurance policies of the Required Insurances (together with any other information reasonably requested by this Authority relating to such insurance policies) and the Authority shall be entitled to inspect them during ordinary business hours; and

(b)  evidence that the premiums payable under all insurance policies have been paid and that the Required Insurances are in full force and effect in accordance with the requirements of this clause 39.8 and Schedule 18 (Insurance Matters).
