42.1  Provision of Information

The Service Provider shall provide to the Authority Representative all information, documents, records and the like in the possession of, or available to, the Service Provider as may be reasonably requested by the Authority Representative for any purpose in connection with this Agreement.  The Service Provider shall use all reasonable endeavours to procure that all such items in the possession of the sub-contractors shall be available to the Authority and the Service Provider has included, or shall include, relevant terms in all Sub-Contracts to this effect.
