42.3  Provision of Information

The Service Provider shall provide, and shall procure that the Sub-Contractors shall provide, such information as the Authority may reasonably require from time to time to enable it to meet its obligations to provide reports and returns pursuant to regulations, directions or guidance applicable to the Authority or as required by external agencies including, without limitation, reports and returns regarding the physical condition of buildings occupied by the Authority, health and safety, under the firecode, relating to environmental health and to comply with its Best Value Duty.
