44.1  Third Party Use

The Service Provider may, with the prior written consent of the Authority, enter into arrangements for Third Party Use.  The Service Provider shall not propose any Third Party Use which:

(a)  is not in accordance with Legislation;

(b)  will (in the reasonable opinion of the Authority):

(i)  impair provision of the Care Services; or

(ii)  adversely affect the Authority or any Authority Party or any Service User; or

(iii)  hinder any Community Use.
